Experience
Alexander has a significant 25-year experience in auditing international, public and private companies in various branches of industry, including statutory audit and audit pf public-interest entities, and in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, National Accounting Regulations (Standards) and GAAP of individual countries, which he gained while working at PWC (1996-2001), Grant Thornton (2001-2011) and Baker Tilly (2012-2021). Also, he has experience in software development and provision of consulting services for the implementation of internal control systems in compliance with the COSO conceptual framework.
Shulga participated in numerous integrated audits of US public companies, including confirmation of compliance of internal controls with SOX requirements.
He was repeatedly involved as an expert on financial and economic issues of international projects of the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
