Transparency report

The Transparency Report for Grant Thornton Ukraine reflects our real commitments to clients, the state, society, and our team. Transparency for us is a daily practice, based on quality, responsibility, and openness.

In 2024, we joined Grant Thornton EU Services — a joint venture coordinating projects for European Union institutions. This decision opened new opportunities for international cooperation and became another step in enhancing the transparency of our expertise at the EU level.

We integrate technology into all processes to increase transparency in client interactions. In particular, we use the cloud platform Leap for auditing and the Easy Share client portal for secure information exchange. These solutions provide real control, transparency, efficiency, and openness in processes.

Grant Thornton Ukraine successfully passed the latest assessment of its quality management system within the Grant Thornton Assessment and Review (GTAR) for the period 2022–2024. The review confirmed that our quality system in auditing, taxation, and consulting meets international standards and network requirements in all material aspects.

Cybersecurity is an important component of our transparency and responsibility toward clients. Grant Thornton Ukraine is part of the global network cybersecurity program, which combines legal, technological, and risk‑oriented approaches. Additional measures implemented under wartime conditions are aimed at ensuring business continuity and data integrity.

We also report to the state — in November 2024, Grant Thornton Legis LLC was included by the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the List of Taxpayers with a High Level of Voluntary Compliance with Tax Legislation (Order of the STS No. 880 dated 29.11.2024). This confirms our responsible approach to tax discipline.

Finally, transparency is impossible without accountability to society. We adhere to the principles of sustainable development, support social initiatives, and invest in the development of our team — because the highest quality of services begins with the professionalism of the people providing them.
